Elizabeth is very professional while being friendly and comfortable to be with. She has a wealth of knowledge about real estate and the area, and is willing to share freely. We found Elizabeth a delight to work with. To start with, she has the best website for finding reliable information online and specifying search criteria. She was extremely efficient in setting up appointments when we found something interesting. When we were visiting a property, she let us explore on our own (just as we preferred) but offered a few insightful comments just at the right times. We felt that she helped us discover and evaluate what was really important in a home purchase, and let us move past of our original romantic notions of what we thought we wanted. This was a huge help. When it came time to negotiating the deal with the other party, she jumped right into gear and showed her skill and efficiency. She helped us to understand a couple of very complex issues that came up in our situation, and was always willing to spend the time to make sure that we understood the issues at the level we needed. This is my fourth house and Elizabeth is so superior to any other realtor I have ever used.
