It truly is an incredible experience when you work with the West team to buy and sell your home. In our case, homes. We met Kris at an open house...and he has changed our lives. First, by "winning" the bid on that same open house, then by introducing us to Aaron, Sung, Jennifer, and Mike a year ago. I felt that he took into account my past experiences, accurately judged my current knowledge of the field, and filled in the gaps where needed. I also appreciated that he allowed me the room I needed to reach my own conclusions, but most importantly that when I chose a direction and seemed confident, yet later questioned it or developed a new perspective, he exercised patience and continually reinforced that those diversions were appropriate and welcomed. Some people really enjoy real estate, but to be honest, I’m not one of them. That being said, the process was so painless, working with him, that some of the aversions I have to the field have been resolved.
