Abe was very communicative, timely, honest, and great to work with overall throughout my entire home buying process. I simply told him what I wanted to see and he took care of most everything else. I signed all docs electronically, which made all paperwork and dealing with sellers a breeze. His laid-back, never pushy style allowed me to take my time to identify the right condo without feeling pressured. My only minor constructive criticism is that he could've been a little more proactive in finding and suggesting possible condos, but that's ultra nit-picky. All in all, I highly recommend Abe as an agent and Sand & Sea Investments in general
