I bought a condo in downtown San Diego recently and it would not have been possible without the help of Aja. She surpassed any real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She was always free to talk, carved numerous times out of her weekends and weekdays to show me a variety of places downtown. My experience with Aja and the Reef Point Real Estate team was nothing short of phenomenal. She led me through a brief renovation and selling process of a rental unit that netted me 10% more than my asking price and closed in under 6 weeks from the time my tenants left the property.I base this on four things:1. I never waited more than 20 minutes to get the answers I needed when asked. Accurate and timely information - you can't ask for anything better.
