Right off the bat, we knew Alex was going to be great to work with. The first day I submitted requests to set appointments to see 4 different houses, and Alex responded within 2 hours to set up an appointment for the next day. The quickness in response and availability was perfect for us, since we were in kind of a hurry to find a home. Throughout the experience, this 24/7 availability continued, answering all our questions along the way in addition to plenty of follow-up phone calls just to make we were getting and understanding all he new home buying information. Alex was very thorough in each and every home we viewed together. He was willing to tour homes we found online, in addition to bringing his own recommendations which were better fitting for us than what we were finding on our own. In each walk-through, he pointed out aspects of the house that we may not have noticed on our own, such as an oven or dishwasher blocking a walking path by an island, stuff that could get annoying down the road. He did this all with an unbiased attitude, we didn't feel pushed to by any home even though he knew there was a time crunch. With pointing out different possible pros and cons of the house, he always let us arrive to our own conclusions about what we liked and didn't like. He was 100% only concerned about finding the perfect home for us and making sure we felt comfortable and happy with our choice. Amazing to work with, would recommend Alex to everyone I know. He always has the best positive attitude, makes house hunting fun, and is incredibly knowledgeable in the business. He got us a great deal on the house with the price and concessions, and even made a great relationship he built with the sellers. We are team Alex all the way and will be our guy when buying our next home!

Alex was very helpful finding a new property for us.. he asked enough questions to know what we were looking for. We only looked at three properties & bought He was quick to get all our questions answered and was always available which was so helpful since we reside in Colorado.. I really enjoyed the buying process having Alex working for us.. If your looking to buy in the area of Scottsdale or cave creek I would recommend him..

Event though we gave him virtually no notice, Alex took us all over the valley during our house hunt. Since we were coming in from out of state, we were on a very tight schedule. We found our dream house and couldn't be happier with the service he provided throughout the entire purchasing process.

Alex is the best! As first-time homeowners, we were newbies and didnt always know what to look out for when looking to purchase a home.
