  • Alexander listed, but didn't sell, my home

Would give zero stars.Do not use as your agent or broker. Not trustworthy at all. And very unprofessional. He refuses to listen and degrades his clients. Alex posted an ad for a home well under market value to attract more buyers and used language like "low, firm price" "make a full price offer, get a full price counter offer" and reduced the price to try to get a bidding war. Instead of using the right market value to attract the right buyer. And He was so confident with his marketing he was sure he could get a buyer over the Market value. Market value was so low, buyer assumed the house was in need of serious repairs. We did not see all offers presented, he did not respond and let them expire, offers we did see were low. And the pressure given by Alex to accept offers was an unethical? Avoid Alex Watson's defensive hyper-masculine aggressive deflection at all costs. He is the worst.
