Alice helped we me buy my first home in the crazy Bay Area market. She was so patient while I searched all over the East Bay for my perfect home (Oakland, San Leandro, and Walnut Creek). I was buying and viewing homes during a global pandemic so there were many restrictions, regulations, and coordination but Alice made the process as smooth as possible. Her tenacity was what kept me positive and her industry knowledge helped me distinguish which homes were worth spending time on.
