Its tough to imagine having a better experience selling a home than we had with Amy. From start to finish, Amy was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and simply went above and beyond at every stage in the process. We by no means had a clean sale - there was an insurance claim pending completion which delayed our closing, we had to move to another state within two months, and overall it was a particularly stressful life transition (as many moves are!). Amy was a bright light in the midst of all our chaos and I trust her implicitly. From the specialist recommendations she made for helping to pack, clean, and stage our home for sale, to securing bids for inspection repairs after we had moved out of state, Amy educated and shepherded us through every stage in the process. There is truly no one I would rather have representing me in a future home sale. Amy was present and responsive even before we officially signed any paperwork for her to represent us. At the recommendation of several friends and family, we interviewed multiple realtors before making a decision. Amy was the only one who showed up with a full file already prepared on our property (including numbers she had calculated by hand AND run through her companys system for comparisons sake!). This preparedness and professionalism, from our very first interaction with her, infused every aspect of our experience from start to finish - and actually beyond, since she has since we closed even offered to arrange for important mail to be forwarded to our new address. Working with Amy was such a pleasure - and as I told her when we closed, I will genuinely miss her. She was just that outstanding.

We have purchased multiple homes with Amy because she took the time to understand our needs and continually helps us find properties that help us meet our goals. Amy has gone above and beyond the expectations of a realtor by assisting with different facets of our real estate investing.
