As Andrew Canter entered the investment world, real estate quickly became his passion.
He partnered with investors to buy, fix, and resell over 1,000 homes across California. This
marked the start of Canter Companies, what would become a vertically integrated corporation that handles everything from real estate, property development, portfolio, and capital management.
In 2009, Andrew founded Canter Brokerage, which grew to be one of the largest local
brokerages in San Diego. After growing his team to over a hundred agents, Andrew
joined forces with Compass, the #1 brokerage in the nation. Now operating as
Canter Real Estate Group, Andrew’s clients can access some of the industry’s most
innovative tools to streamline the buying and selling experience.
Today, Canter offers a fully integrated experience incorporating in-depth real estate
planning into traditional portfolio management. Andrew utilizes his unique skill set to help
