Angie Sudberry

1/28/2016 Angie is a Colorado native so she was able to provide a lot of unexpected knowledge about neighborhood trends across various areas and how these neighborhoods have changed over time. Because of this knowledge she was able to talk me out of a purchase early on in our search despite that it provided no financial benefit to her. Looking back, I wouod have really regretted buying that place and I found a much better one for the same price. She also knows a lot about which homes are likely to increase in value over time and which homes are more risky. Angie has great negotiation skills, connections to the right people in the community, and knew exactly what hidden things to look for during showings. Part of the reason I was able to get the condo I purchased was because Angie talked the seller into choosing me over the other bidders even though they made the same offer. Angie even went and looked at another condo with me after I had already purchased mine just because I was curious about the other place. I am so happy that I had Angie's help.

10/28/2014I am so appreciative that I met Angie when I did. We had relocated to Denver and were renting a town home when we were given 30 day notice that they were selling the units and we had to be out. Angie went right to work on finding us several homes to look at based on our "wish list" With each home we looked at, she noted the things we liked and disliked and adjusted her searches based on that. She found us the perfect home in a week and was very knowledgeable about filling out paperwork so the process went very smoothly. She promptly returned our calls and kept us in the loop during each step of the home buying process. We have since sold that home and are now living in San Diego. I wish Angie could be here with us now to sell our home as we are on the move again. Thank you Angie for all your hard work and dedication

08/10/2018Angie was fantastic! My wife and I have challenging/busy schedules, and Angie was beyond helpful in accommodating our needs. She not only helped us to find and look at homes, she educated us every step of the way! We visited 40-50 properties and would not get started until 5pm or later on certain days. She would literally drop what she was doing at home and run to pick us up or meet us. We could not have done this without Angie and her expertise!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by Craig and Cassidy!! A++++Less
