Ava gets it done! Prior to my experience, I had not worked with Ava. I needed an agent to buy a house and my friend recommended that I give her a try. I had tried other agents but wasn't successful in closing on a house. So, I thought I'd try yet another agent. Ava is very personable yet professional. I was pleasantly surprised by Ava's aggressiveness in searching for potential houses. After our initial conversation about what I was looking for, she immediately set up a meeting to see houses. The first houses we saw were dead on in terms of what I wanted. So, she really listened and "got it." She sent me listings of houses and when I was interested in seeing a house, we'd go see a few. When we would see a house, she knew everything about it. (That's a lot of work learning the history of a lot of houses.) I thought I was her only client but learned that she had several other clients she was helping at the time. I was surprised because I felt like I was her only client. That says a lot about how much attention she devotes to each client. Her relentless search resulted in a house for which I wanted to make an offer. She provided me with comps so I could figure out what I wanted to offer. We then discussed it and she formulated a strategy. It was a smart strategy -- in that it addressed my needs and comfort level. Well, I got the house. She was great in getting answers to all my questions about the house and made closing a very smooth and effortless process. And, she compiled a thick binder with all the info and documents on the purchase. She took care of everything which was great for me, because I was so busy at the time. If you want someone to help you find and actually help you buy a house, then go with Ava. She'll get it done for you in a timely and nearly effortless manner.

Ava was absolutely delightful to work with on the sale of my family property. She is a total professional and fought hard to get my family the best sales price possible. She was very diligent and was on top of every detail, fact and negotiation for the deal from start to finish. she also provided the service of finding the replacement properties for the 1031 exchange that fit within the budget.
