Ayren was amazing to work with. She helped me with the buying process while I was still overseas. Extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. She answered all of my questions and was available whenever I was. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my purchase and that I had all the resident knowledge to pick a place that fit all my needs and wants. Extremely professional and easy to work with, made the home buying process painless. Would give her 10/10 and recommend her to anyone looking to buy in San Diego or South Carolina!

Ayren is awesome. We bought a condo at the end of 2017 in Oceanside, CA. It didn't take that long to discover so our back and forth with Ayren was rather short, but she was super responsive! Flip to December 2019 and my wife and I decided to actually make a huge move from Napa in NorCal to San Diego County, SoCal. We didn't know a tremendous amount about the various areas. Ayren took the time to carefully listen to our needs and desires in a property. She pinpointed a few very nice areas that fit our budget and needs. We probably went out 3 times , on 3 separate visits. It was a stressful time because we were somewhat contingent on selling our Napa house to make things work in SoCal. We had a good agent in Napa, but to me, she paled in comparison to Ayren. Ayren was in constant contact not only on our search, but just in general to see how we were hanging in there. Ayren will go beyond what I feel an agents responsibilities are. She genuinely cares! I feel that we will continue to have a relationship as the years go on. We would definitely recommend her to any friends and family that may want to relocate down this way. Awesome, awesome, awesome, nothing else to say!
