I've worked with Belmis since I relocated to Miami in 2011. She's helped with two moves locally and is fantastic to work with! She's knowledgeable, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.

I wholeheartedly recommend Belmis and I was thoroughly impressed with how she handled our home purchase. Five years after the purchase of our home, she continues to communicate with myself and my wife proving her excellent character as a person.

She goes above and beyond and does everything from the heart! We have used Belmis and Iconic Miami for all our properties including our resent home purchase. They make the sometimes painful process of buying and selling easy and you feel like you have a family member helping you out every step of the way.
