Beth did an awesome job of helping us sell our house! She started by putting together comps and helping us to determine the right price for our listing. She then guided us through the process of preparing the house for selling, including minor repairs, de-cluttering, and staging, and helped us get some amazing photos for the listing. She set up showings via internet/automated text messages, so that 30+ potential buyers came through while we relaxed for a weekend in the mountains. She always kept us up to date on what we needed to do, and when, and told us what to expect for next steps along the way. All in all Beth is an amazing agent and we highly recommend her!

My fianc and I are first time home buyers, and semi-new to the Denver market. We really lucked out finding Beth early on in our search for a new home. As a Denver native, she was very familiar with the local market, with an architecture degree to boot- so she was able to provide really valuable insight into the houses we saw. We werent in much of a rush to find a house, and Beth was very patient with our leisurely search process. We probably dragged her to over 100 houses, and she was never once pushy about purchasing, she just wanted us to be happy with the home. She was always extremely responsive and worked with our schedules and availability to make for an easy house hunt. Once we finally did submit an offer, Beth was incredibly helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the contract(s) and was quick to answer any questions that we had. She kept us on track to close with a gentle hand, and helped us through the negotiation process so that all parties were set up for success. We successfully closed on the perfect house for us, and we couldnt have done any of it without Beth.

So, I got Beth assigned from Zillow. I was in the Market looking to buy an investment property. I live in Texas so I knew it would be challenging. Beth went above and beyond. She helped me with contractors to get proposals, she walked the properties with my GF when I could not be there. She was extremely responsive. I was impressed by her quickness in getting me an answer. She was extremely patient and the best part is she was in no rush to close, her best interest was me the customer. I plan on working with her again on future investments.
