I couldn't have been happier with how the house hunting went for my husband and I!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area we bought a house in. His responsiveness was impeccable. He was constantly in touch with me, guiding me through the process. I highly recommend him when searching for a home!!!!!!!

Extremely helpful and friendly and listened to everything we were looking for in a house. He got the papers and lease for us extremely fast and we were able to close the deal within a couple days of viewing the house. He went over the lease to make sure everything was in order and to make sure the issues, if any, with the house were documented within the contract. Very knowledgeable of the area and what to look for in a house to help save a couple bucks. All around great guy and very pleasant to speak to.

I worked with Bobby on the purchase of my first home. New to the experience, I had no idea what to expect. I don't know if all home purchases are that easy but I was pleasantly surprised how painless the process was from start to close. I asked a lot of (dumb) questions and at no point did I feel like I was bothering Bobby and he was always happy to explain things in a way that made sense to a first timer. He also seemed to go out of the way to not push me in any direction one way or another; it was my choice when it came to which listings I did/didn't want to see.
