Boris Klein

I have no experience with Boris except that he rents a single family home to multiple strangers in a single family home across the street from my house. It's been a nightmare living with these unrelated people and Boris has been doing this to a lot of his properties. Most of these people don't speak English so we can't talk to them about anything and Boris has made sure that we can't reach him to complain.

I don't know him but he has a property for rent on our street, Shady Grove Way. He has had it listed for way too much for over 6 months and has let the grass die and the place us overcome with weeds. Beautiful. high demand newer neighborhood and he's managed to make a 3 yearold property look like crap.

I know Boris as a slumlord. In a quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, he purchased and rented a wonderful home, which he refuses to maintain. The past tenants offered to clean up the yard, repair the fence, cut down trees, etc. for an exchange for partial rent reduction, Which he refused. His rental, is the worst house on the block. He raised the rent and now, we await new tenants. Who knows how many family members will move in the home this time. Landlords like him, need to have their license removed. So, Mr Boris, we see You don’t respond to these comments, however, I hope you take heed, and be considerate of the neighbors and the quality of the neighborhood, when you interview your next tenants for your home on Uinta Crt.

Complete douche bag. Bought a house in our nice neighborhood and has let it stay empty for almost 2 years and it is falling apart. Yard dead, broken windows...this guy is a scum bag who ruins properties in nice neighborhoods.
