My husband and I just recently bought and sold with Brad. We saw a house on Zillow that we loved and really was our dream home. We talked to Brad about what we could do to make this dream a reality. We needed to get a certain amount from our current home into order to make it all happen. Brad new exactly what to do. He called his contractors over right away and had them refinish the cabinets/banister, upgrade to granite countertops in the bathrooms, update the lighting and make little repairs to ensure a clean buyer home inspection. And to top it all off he paid for the upgrades and repairs! It looked like a new home! We were able to get top dollar for it in TWO days!!!! The thing that really sets Brad apart is that he dealt with everything, made the calls, knew the right people and made it all happen. He then negotiated a deal for the right price and we got our dream home. He is so hands on and involved in every bit of the process. We are so happy, the experience was so easy with Brad's expertise.
