Our Realtor, Brandon Lee has been a great blessing to our family! He is very patient, kind, and determined to do the very best job he can for your family needs. I am gladly writing this as a recommendation for Brandon Lee. After speaking with a friend about the possibility of selling our home due to divorce issues, Brandon was highly recommended. Once I discussed our needs for the sale of our home with Brandon, it was very clear to me that he was the one to choose to become our Listing Agent for the sale of our marital home in The Meadows Community in Castle Rock, Colorado. From our first phone conversation, and throughout the entire process, Brandon was always very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market. He understood our need to sell our home as quickly as possible and once I told him that I didnt want to be stressed about this situation, I gave him card blanche with the details and was leaving it up to him to do what he needed to do to get the house sold. Our home went on the market in mid-May, 2012 and within 1 week; we had our first offer, however, the buyer backed out before a contract could be finalized. Our second offer came within only 1-2 weeks after that and once a solid offer was made and the contract was initiated, the buyers requested to have the closing within 2 weeks and also take possession of our home the day of closing, which was anticipated to be the last week of June, 2012. Brandon again reassured me even though it was such a short time period, that everything will work out and for me not to worry about anything. This was a very stressful situation due to the limited time constraints, but Brandon made the process seem 100 % stress free for me personally. He took on the huge burden with the details in order for me not to have to worry about them, and handled every issue with the utmost professionalism and respect. Our home sold for a very fair price and I was totally amazed at the non-stop effort this young man put into the process of selling our home. For such a young man, Brandon is one of the most honest, dependable, respectable and dedicated individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Brandon sold our house within 24hrs, at a price above our expectations. I credit that to his knowledge of the market and of the area. When buying our house Brandon listened to everything we were looking for in a house and was able to find many houses that fit our qualifications. Brandon Lee was the listing agent for my former home in Northglenn and I could not be happier to write this recommendation for him. My fianc and I had been planning our wedding for the summer of 2012 and, as we planned on living in her home, my preparations to sell my home in Northglenn began in earnest as 2012 got underway. Brandon was a young and relatively inexperienced agent at that time but I was very impressed in our initial meeting with his professionalism, knowledge and drive to make this process as rewarding and easy for me as possible. Brandon evaluated my home, did his research on the market and gave me his recommendations on the upgrades and repair work that would be needed to bring in top dollar for my home. Brandon put me in touch with the right contractors to do the work and was always there to assist me whenever I had a question or needed any advice. Everything went quickly and smoothly as a result and by the middle of February the house was on the market. Interest in my house was immediate and sustained with several showings a day and nice comments from just about every visitor. Brandons advice on making my property an attractive one was certainly paying off. Within two weeks we had a solid offer in hand for our full asking price! The process after that got a little bumpy as the buyers agent, ironically a man of far greater experience in real estate, seemed not to really know his business well and our deal nearly fell apart as a result. Brandon remained cool and calm throughout however as he handled the challenges & problems coming from the buyers side, at one point even taking the time to educate the buyers agent when he persisted on a matter that had been changed by law several years ago and was no longer applicable. I am writing this as a recommendation for Brandon Lee. Brandon was the Listing Agent for the sale of my dads home at 5265 E. Atlantic Place in Denver, Colorado.
