Working with Andrea has been an amazing experience. On several occasions throughout the buying process, Andrea went over and beyond in accommodating our schedules and meeting our specific needs for our growing family. For instance we needed one document in the loan application process to be able to close on time. Andrea was able to go to our home, pick up the package on our behalf and send it over to the loan office, in all good faith to help us close on time. She is a gem, not every agent will do this for a client. Andrea is also very resourceful and has in-depth knowledge of the Dallas market and the house buying process. She is amazingly professional and passionate about what she does and always makes herself available. Andrea was very persistent through the whole process. I am a very picky home buyer and even though we looked it over 50 houses Andrea did not get frustrated. You aren't just a customer you are a friend to Bryan and his team. They make sure you are being taken care of and if there is any thing they can help with. If we didn't understand somerhi g from the lender they would call the lender and clarify what ever the issue maybe. You'll love them.
