Bucky was very patient throughout our whole purchasing process. We had some bumps in the road but Bucky was in communication with us every step of the way. This is your guy! As first time home-buyers my husband and I were completely clueless about what we needed to do or who to contact. We reached out to Bucky to view what is now our home and we could not feel better about the process. Bucky explained everything we needed to know (sometimes more than once) and kept us up to date on every step. Bryan was highly professional throughout our home search process. He set up multiple walk-throughs after thoroughly understanding our search criteria in terms of price, location, style of home, etc.... He quickly arranged additional appointments as new listings came up along with 2nd, 3rd and 4th visits on the home we eventually moved into. Especially helpful were the contacts he provided for home inspection services and POCs for utilities and services. He even worked with the sellers to allow us an early move in of household items into the garage of the house; saved us a ton of extra effort and time. Along with honest insight into the housing market - trends and prior history of all the properties we looked at.
