He is very friendly, patient, timely, and follows through with what he has to do. He even paid extra money to gain access to properties in other counties when needed, although I ended up getting my property in San Diego County as intended. My utmost appreciation to his accommodation!!

He understood our needs and sent us the houses that were available based on what we were looking for, style, size, price range and location. Visits were smooth and well planned, even with Covid-19 requirements. I remember we visited 6 houses in one day, and the planning and timing was perfect. As a first time buyers, we didn't know anything, buthe explained us the houses market, terms that were new to us, and the overall process. Communication was great and he was always there to answerany questions we had. At the end we found the perfect house for us andwe are very happy and thankful with Chris to help us finding our new home!!
