I highly recommend Cindy and the Dunn Realty team. We were searching for a buyer's agent who could help us evaluate pre-owned home options in The Villages that were listed through MLS as a comparison to our original plans to design and build a new home with a Villages sales rep. We cold called the Dunn Realty team based on positive reviews we found upon searching for a buyer agent to help us with our home search within The Villages. Cindy answered the phone and assured us that she could help with that and after briefly explaining what we thought we were interested in seeing, she said she would start working on it and would e-mail us some listings to review. We received an e-mail from her later that day and she quickly arranged 6 showings for us on the next day after our arrival in The Villages. She was very professional, efficient and proactive in searching out alternatives once she got a better feel for what we may like. Although we did not end up buying any of the houses that she showed us, she expressed a genuine interest in helping us be successful in finding what we wanted within The Villages and gave us some great tips that were helpful in our decision making. She was very responsive but never pushy. I would definitely seek her out and highly recommend her to anyone looking a real estate agent in the area. They were very responsive to our wants and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Very personable, likeable people. We love our new home and community!
