When I began my hunt for my first house I initially spoke with many realtors, all of which didn't seem to care about my families needs.They were to focused on the paycheck.Until I met Cristi Brophy,she helped me to find my perfect home.Instantly she made me feel like family. Her compassion, kindness and knowledge is very genuine.I am happy to call her my realtor AND my friend now.

We were first time home buyers and were not quite sure of how the whole process worked. We explained our situation with the mortgage lender we were working with and she highly recommended a mortgage lender that she has worked closely with and took the time to explain to us different aspects of the home buying process. We decided to switch to the mortgage lender Cristi had recommended and we were able to receive a better financing option. Cristi took diligent notes regarding our specific needs and preferences in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale within a specific radius. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. She was diligent in making appointments for showings that worked well with our busy schedules and drove to every showing, no matter the distance from her office. Cristi was able to find us the perfect home for our family. It had all the perks that we were wanting in a home, in a location we were happy with, and a price range that was within our budget. A master with the contract negotiations, Cristi came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, she was ready and willing to answer any question we might have and promptly handled necessary forms between the sellers and ourselves, since the sellers currently lived out of state. We found Cristi to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality.

We used Cristi as a duel agent, she was listing the house we bought and sold the one we had. She was very up front and honest, keeping her integrity at the front through the entire process. She was one of the best real estate negotiators I've ever known. She fought like a cat to get us what we wanted and was there for us every single time we called. It's obvious that part of her career satisfaction is sharing that feeling when her client is successful in closing the deal on their dream home.

Cristi Brophy is the Chuck Norris of selling and buying houses! If you want to be happier than a fat kid in a candy store then use Cristi as your realtor! I spent 9 painful months looking for a house and Cristi helped me get my dream home!
