Our original contract stated I would move when my new house closed escrow. For some reason Cynthia changed it and I had to move before my house was ready. When it did close Escow Cynthia had the new keys placed under a rock in the back yard. She never showed up. Very unprofesssionel

When the home went through escrow. I did not see Cynthia. She sent me a text telling me the key was under a rock at my new home. This is a gated community and I had to sit outside in over 100 degree weather with my dog and cat in the car for the other realtor to give the guards the ok to let me in. How unprofessional is that?

What realtor has your key to your new house left under a rock in the backyard for you to pick up in a gated community. It took me over an hour to finally get in. It was over 100 outside and I had my dog and cat in the car. Not very professional if you ask me.
