I hired The Fazzini Group to sell my home in Palm Harbor. I had already moved out of state, and they reassured me that they would take care of everything and make the entire process worry-free for me. It has indeed been a breeze. They evaluated my home and the surrounding market and advised on a listing price and within a couple of days my home was on the market, with an immediate open house arranged. 5 days later, I received three competing offers! My house sold for over list price! There were various negotiations that came up after the contract was signed and Heather Skubin was amazing at handling all of those hiccups, with no stress to me! She is very skillful with negotiations, very dedicated and always available immediately. The whole team worked together efficiently and coordinated everything with very little responsibility on me! I immediately hired them to sell my condo as well. And sure enough, 6 days after it was listed I had two competing offers! Once again I am under contract for over-listing price! I close on my condo in a couple of weeks and it has once again been a breeze, which I truly appreciate since I live so far away now. I had interviewed four different realtors before choosing this group. The characteristics that stood out about this group were confidence, competence and assertiveness. I could feel how confident they were and how assertive they would be on my behalf. It was a great decision!

Our work with Mark Fazzini was beyond our expectations. Not only did he represent us in a fully professional way, he also went out of his way to help us wth sudden situations which we had difficulty dealing with since we were not living in the town where our house was located, but 3000 miles away! We would have had to either fly back to Florida or find someone on the internet whom we didn't even know to deal with the problem. In several instances, when we needed someone who could go to the house and see firsthand what was happening, he was willing to do it. The coverage his real estate firm had was all-encompassing with professionally done aerial photos, still pics, open houses, etc. and negotiating skills which he regularly used, all the while keeping us updated. He even found an estate sale resource for us. And, he did it with a gentle but resolute demeanor, upbeat attitude, and friendly smile. Truly, it was a pleasure to work with Mark and his capable and dependable staff. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Katherine is extremely proficient and competent in her profession. What stood out is her patience, ability to listen, and having desire to really fulfill all of my plentiful demands. I was not an easy client. I analyze every detail and expect perfection. After moving from Midwest to Florida my husband and I decided to buy a house in the gated community for the first time in our lives. We didn't know much about the whole process of purchasing the house directly from the builder. Ms. Papastavrou navigated us through the intricate web of regulations very skillfully, explaining each step so there wouldn't be any surprises. Since the year was almost ending the builder applied pressure on us to have closing by the end of the year. Ken was extremely helpful with the purchase of my home. He was patient with showing me a lot of houses as I took nearly six months to find the right one. He was able to find me a lender that would work with me on repairs needed even after closing. He negotiated a great price from the sellers and helpful in explaining the all the processes to me. Ken was excellent in helping us find a home in Florida! We were searching remotely, from Maryland, but he was able to provide details about the potential homes and their surrounding area so we could really get the whole picture! He even took videos of the inside and outside of the houses to help us. He was very responsive and understood our needs even when we weren't even quite sure what we wanted ourselves. The market moves fast, but he was always ready when homes would pop up that met our criteria. So thankful we had Ken working for us to find us the perfect home! As a bonus, he even made us a map of our area showing great spots for dining, shopping and relaxing!

When we first were looking, we had emailed/texted a few agents to see who was the most responsive. Claudia, hands down, was so quick to respond each and every time and clearly showed why we should work with her.My wife and I were looking to relocate from NY to Florida and she made the distance a non issue. We traveled down to Florida to meet Claudia and she lined up dozens of homes so we could get an idea of the different layouts. This was not our first time buying a home and we pretty much knew what we wanted. She new exactly when to give us space and when to guide us. When we were interested in a home Claudia was always available to go out and FaceTime or Video the home for us. She was extremely quick on responses to any questions.Claudia also has amazing connections to contractors, home inspectors, insurance agents, lenders and more. Claudia has assembled a very talented team to compliment her. Just to give you an example; we were looking at a foreclosure that needed a lot of work (We were trying to find a fixer upper). Within 20 minutes she had a contractor on site to talk to me.We eventually found a really beautiful home that didnt need any work, go figure. The house had multiple offers on the table, but Claudia got us in there and guided us until we had an excepted offer. Keep in mind that we bought this house from NY, and from looking at pictures and videos. We bought the house without stepping foot in it. Thats how confident and comfortable we are with Claudia.To top it all off. She negotiated that the buyer purchase home insurance on the house. Something I never would have thought of or would have thought a buyer would agree too.I cannot recommend Claudia enough

Well its finally done. We received the proceeds from the closing mid morning on Friday. You know, I've been in this business a long time. So when we began the process of selling our home with you last January, I thought that however long it took and whatever the price would be, I would be able to handle whatever bumps in the road that we might experience.Well I found out AGAIN, just when you think you have everything under control, something new appears that you never had faced before. In this case, the name of the problem was "polybutylene". When the home inspector came up with 163 items that he identified as defects in our home, I thought our deal was dead. Especially when you told me about your experience with polybutylene piping. And when the buyer told us the conditions under which he would still accept our home, I knew that God was in our corner again. Yes, He has intervened before for us when it was important. And so, we got past that issue. Then we were tested again.....this time it was termites. We negotiated that problem also. And then there was the Lender who was not able to make the Dec 15th closing date. That one cost us 13 days. Then on the day of closing, the Buyer was about 4 1/2 hours late for the closing. But now the wait is finally over. And I still don't believe it. I also don't believe the Buyer should have bought the house after reading that home inspection report. I know I would not have accepted a house with that many defects. But what I am leading to is......this house deal would never have gone thru if it wasn't for you. I wouldn't have blamed you if you decided to terminate the listing in November. But your guidance thru all these problems gave us a lot of comfort. Your professionalism and experience carried us thru. So we just wanted you to know how we felt about this difficult sale. Thank you for having the confidence and perseverance to make this all happen.
