Cynthia has helped me secure great tenants for my rental condo twice now. Both times the condo was rented within a week of handing it over to her. Cynthia has been our agent across 5 transactions of buying or selling. Shes very familiar with western Washington properties and the markets/neighborhoods. Her experience and advice with searching, pricing, negotiation and timing are the main reasons we keep utilizing her for our home buying and selling needs. Though having several years of experience (~20 years?), she seems to stay on top of current housing trends and looks to have broad demographic of clientele across various life stages. I like to think Im very tech savvy with using online house hunting websites, but Cynthia would always seem to find listings I totally missed and has also introduced us to areas we didnt know had great amenities, easy-access via mainline, or up-and-coming neighborhoods with nice walk-scores (since I guess thats a thing for millenials). I would recommend Cynthia to first-time homebuyers, young families (she knows her school districts), newly relocated transplants to Seattle (all you Amazon people, as I was previously one!), and also empty nesters looking to downside but upgrade!

Cynthia helped me with the purchase of my first home. She has helped me with the details/negotiation between the seller and myself to reach mutual agreement. Cynthia was quick to respond to my request and help me along the whole way.

Cynthia is very professional and was very, very, very patient with throughout the buying process, mainly due to me dragging my feet and not really making a firm decision as to what I'm looking for. She communicated with me every step of the way and explained in detail what forms and documents I need to sign and what exactly I am signing. She is also well organized as she was able to find a document that was signed and needed to avoid paying a lien that was not my responsibility (I won't be able to find it in all the paperwork that I received). I've known Cynthia for a few years now and when it was time to begin searching for my first home, Cynthia offered to take up the challenge and lend me a hand. Cynthia's responsiveness to our calls, IMs, and emails was the most important aspect of our home purchase. We were looking to buy a home in a new community. We walked away without putting in an offer. A short time later, we called Cynthia to tell her about what we were thinking and what we wanted to do. She called the property manager right after we got off the phone with her and as luck would have it, someone else was in that same house and ready to make an offer. Luckily for us, Cynthia called to put in our offer and the house was ours. It was first-come first-serve so the timing was super important. Throughout the process, Cynthia was quick to respond to our questions and was great to work with.
