Dana was a poor buyer's agent, not really giving us any advice for negotiating in a rough market, not giving us our closing information until the morning of, and (this is probably petty) never followed up with us at all after closing with a gift or ever a note. Perhaps she's better as a listing agent but don't use her to purchase your next home.
