My wife and I worked with Dan Andrews on buying our first house and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, responsive to our search criteria (price, location and school districts), and treated us as valued customers. We moved into our house in July, 2017, and are very happy with the house and the neighborhood. As a licensed Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, WA State, and License No.26423) for many years I've had a chance to work with quite a few industry professionals and can say with absolute certainty that I would happily work with Dan again and recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. There really is a tremendous amount of complicated paperwork involved in buying a house and unless you're an expert I would recommend using a realtor, and specifically I would recommend retaining Dan's services. He really understands that buying a house is a big purchase and that his job is to look at for your best interests.

Dan Andrews was our realtor who helped us sell our San Diego home - and he was AHHHH.MAZ.ING!!!! We told him what we wanted, we told him our budget, and we told him what we believed our house was worth. And we weren't willing to settle for less. We interviewed several realtors - some told us their fees for glossy print adds, one even told us they needed to hire a stager to put lipstick on the pig - I mean how rude?? We poured our heart into that house for 5 years!!! And we did things the RIGHT way! Dan was the ONE REALTOR who told us we should absolutely get the price we wanted - and he even sold it for above asking!!! He also worked within our budget, was totally available for us, answered his phone every time we called, was truly our advocate, and was fantastic to work with in every way!!! And, he even sent us this GORGEOUS photo for our new home!! Talk about a diamond in the rough and a true gem!!! Dan is a great realtor we ever worked with. He is very professional, knowledgable and patient. During our purchase, we faced very difficult situation from seller's lien issue that the seller's agent failed to find out before hand. In such a passive situation, Dan reached out both parties, escrow, our mortgage broker and his own brainpower. Later, he explained every possibilities to us. He also prepared us how to maximally protect ourselves in case it could not work out. With Dan's tremendous help, our purchase finally closed.
