I had a great experience with Evi. I was not your typical person shopping for a home where I would plan my weekend out for open houses. I would want to see a house every day of the week as they popped up on the MLS. She was very attentive to me. Once I found a home, she was able to answer all my questions about it which played a big part in my decision making. The home I chose had more than 12 bids after the first open house and with her advice of the market, we bid perfectly and got the home. She is so thoughtful, she bought me a jazzy new hose and went over and watered the garden for me until I was able to move in! :)
