David Heller

David S. Heller is a Colorado native and a real estate industry veteran with more than 20 years of residential and commercial experience. While David specializes in representing Buyers and Sellers with residential transactions, he also has extensive experience with redevelopment projects, investment properties, leasing and commercial development. David has served on the Jefferson Park Land Use Committee, played an active role in the revitalization of the Tennyson Art District and is now leading development projects on South Broadway, West Colfax, Berkeley Park and Wheat Ridge at 38th.
