Originally from the Chicago area, I have lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1975. My business experience began as manager of my family company´s processed lettuce division in Salinas, California. In 1983, the company divested itself of this division. Shortly thereafter, I made the decision to enter the residential real estate business in Carmel. I have been in practice on the Monterey Peninsula ever since.Interestingly, since 1983 my entire real estate career has been headquartered on the same city block in Carmel; Ocean Avenue at or near Dolores Street; currently, in the historic Wilson building which I now own. In the ensuing period, I have been associated with four real estate firms; one of which I owned with partners for 13 years.
