Davida did an awesome job with selling my elderly mothers home in a challenging situation. My mother wanted to do a quick sale to an ugly house company, but changed her mind after meeting with Davida. She did her research to address my concerns and kept me and my mother apprised of events. Davida was able to make the sale for the price that I expected, which was significantly more than the ugly house offer.
