Dawn and her team were great to work with on selling our rental! Dawn was very helpful in all aspects of getting our townhome ready to be listed. She was prepared with referrals for cleaning companies, painters, carpet cleaners and also helped in scheduling. We live over an hour from the townhome so her and her team did weekly check-ins for us. We listed the townhome on Thursday and had an offer on Monday evening! Definitely a 5 star rating for Dawn and her team!

Dawn and her team helped me to rent a house that I own with my sister, first on a short-term basis in the winter when house are not easy to rent, and then she found a tenant that wanted the house for a two-year lease!
