She made me feel as if I were the only client that she had and I am not the easiest person to work with as I was super anxious about finding and getting into our new home. Deb was available to me and the property for months before the home was listed . . . all without a contract . . . consulting about the extensive interior and exterior remodeling. She was always available by telephone and receptive to me early morning calls. Once we were under contract, her office stepped up and really helped expedite the process. Her pricing was right on. The house went under contract in a matter of days. She personally met with the appraiser for the lender to underscore support for the price as there were little or no comparable sales for this property. Go Deb and Gloria for a job well done.

As a first time home buyer I really didnt know what to expect. I had heard stories about how hard it is to buy a house and how the whole process can be very daunting.
