Very proficient from beginning to close. Could not have had a more comfortable experience with my purchase!! Derek was hired to actually auction off the home that I was renting due to foreclosure and became my agent. He assisted me in placing pre-auction bids as well as helping me to secure financing in a 'CASH DEAL' kind of situation.You could not possibly find a more complete and committed individual with a process that can easily become overwhelming and frustrating
