Bianca and Derrick Silvers made buying our first house painless and enjoyable. My Husband and I are young and not very knowledgeable about the process of buying a house, but Bianca and Derrick made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and helped us out more than we knew we needed! They always made themselves available to talk about the houses we were looking into and checked up on us to make sure we were seeing houses that we liked. After about a month and at least 7 different houses we found the perfect house for us. After we bought the house, they helped us even more than was necessary so we could get all of the things we needed done from paperwork to phone calls. When we finally got the keys Derrick and Bianca even made us a sign that said "Nelson and Kim's place". They are great at what they do and we are so greatful for all that they did!

Fonda was very knowledgeable and helpful getting us the condo.She was there when we needed her for advise and guidance. Even after the closing Fonda was there for us Would we,or friends ever need a a real estate agent Fonda would be the person.

Chris is extremely knowledgable in all aspects involved with the business, from locating excellent properties to the financing aspects. We are from Missouri and I are looking to purchase either a vacation home or a permanent home in the area...Chris seems to be in touch with exactly what we want and, although we are still looking, we are excited to work with Chris on our next house hunting trip. He is fun and easy to get along with while also keeping the hunt on track. He has shown us waterfront homes, condos, lots and other properties so we are getting a good education in the area. This was my 4th time selling property with realtors so I was very skeptical with any realtor I interviewed. I interviewed 6 realtors and the Silvers team was first. I should have just gone with Derrick and Bianca from the beginning. Every time I had a question or concern, Derrick would pick up the phone when I called and was very quick to resolve my issue. They did an open house right after putting my house on the market. We had a qualified offer for asking price within 4 days. That was awesome. It has been a wonderful experience working with them. I hope the next time I have to find a realtor in a different part of the country that they are just as great as the Silvers team. They really need 6 stars.

We met Rob at an open house. From there he started showing us homes of interest. Once we found the home we wished to purchase, Rob made sure everything happened as it should. He directed us in what we needed to do and when. He made sure we were informed on everything. Rob always responded very quickly.
