Dominic is a true professional, very responsive and thorough. You can see this from his initial presentation! His marketing plan and research are phenomenal - something we haven't really seen from other realtors. We relocated and had to sell the house remotely. Dominic went above and beyond to help us through this transition. He would go to the house to check on little issues that we could not resolve remotely. Also, he gave us great feedback (especially since we were selling the house as furnished) on a few offers we had received and what was selling in our neighborhood. His facilitated all the paperwork (with DocuSign), which made the entire process MUCH easier (than having to print, sign, and scan back - especially when we were not set up yet).

He was always responsive, had smart advice, was direct but tactful with recommendations, and struck a perfect balance between being personable and professional.We had multiple offers in the first few days of listing and I'm sure his work behind the scenes contributed to that success.

Dominic is a great realtor, he really listens and accomodate your needs.
