Don Lawyer and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. On his initial visit to my home he got the process started expediently. He looked at my house, we agreed upon an appropriate asking price based on sales of property in my area and the condition of my house. He referred a good carpet cleaner and set an appointment for a photographer. The photographer took excellent pictures that enhanced and highlighted my property. The pictures were so good, they almost made me want to buy my own house. After that, he put the house on the market, set me up with a centralized calling company that sets appointments for your house to be shown. I started getting calls immediately to set up appointments to see the house. Within four days, I had an offer on my home for the asking price. Whenever I had a question, I could always reach him or someone on his team. He used technology to submit documents, which eliminated the necessity for me to have to go to his office to sign documents.
