Doug Echelberger

This is the sixth home that I have purchased and sold in my lifetime. I must say that Doug and his team have far surpassed the level of service I have ever experienced with any of them. His team is a well-oiled machine. Communication from them was excellent!!! They were on top of the entire process. They answered our questions and took the worry out of the sale of our home. On a side note, I interviewed other agents/agent teams. They both commented that when working with a large company such as Doug's that you will only see him until he gets the listing and then you will only deal with inexperienced agents who will fill in for him. That couldn't have been farther from the truth. Doug was very responsive to all of my inquiries. If he didn't answer my call immediately he quickly responded by text and let me know when he could call. Usually, within an hour or so if he was with a client. I talked to Doug at least once per week and he was always friendly, professional and made you feel like a friend. His experience and advise was invaluable when discussing a listing price and evaluating the offers we received. You can be sure that when we purchase our next home there will only be one real estate company on our list...Doug Echelberger Group!!!

Doug, Tracy and Carissa are the people you want to be with you through either selling or buying a house. Doug was the agent representing the seller of my dream home, and after going to view the house, that was by the way not listed in the market, I instantly told him that I want him to represent me as well. I know what you might be thinking, that this might not been a smart move!!! But that is is my point, with Doug the case was exactly the opposite. He professionally, kindly and generously represented me while keeping both my interest and the seller's goals in mind. Never doubted for a second through the whole purchase process that he is manipulating or playing games with me to finalize the deal, he earned my respect all through. He was not like any of those agents that I dealt with in the past that their greed and short sighted plans makes them loose trust. I cant say enough about the whole Echelberger group, from the person that picks up the phone till after the day you receive your house keys. Doug did not make double the commission to finalize the deal in order to make it work, went out of his way on multiple occasions to take care of things exceeding my expectations..but definitely he earned me and all my network for life. Doug is long-time expert on San Clemente real estate and it shows. He and his team are very knowledgeable and responsive. Doug knows the local market, the trends and all the details to professionally guide one through a successful transaction. What a great job by Doug and his Team in selling our condo in Talega, this was a good sale! From my first meeting, assuring everything was moving forward, keeping all updates and information immediate and also insuring that we had the Keys so the new owners could move in.
