We met her through one of her listings for land and she's an expert when it comes to land in Milton. She's a horse rider and has more knowledge than the other realtors when it comes to horse farms and vacant land. We were looking for an unique property and she showed us property after property for a couple of years (with no complains or pressure to buy) until we finally found the one. She also listed and sold our existing home. We had some issues with septic tank and she was always on top of things. Calling the septic company everyday, going down to the Fulton County Health Dept, etc to make sure things are done on time and not causing me any stress. And I like the fact you call her and talk to her and not have to deal with other people on a team because she's too busy.

The wildlife facility itself was being donated to a non-profit organization which was then also purchasing the land on which it sat (since I personally owned the land, and the wildlife facility was owned by my non-profit foundation). She was extremely helpful during the negotiations with a difficult buyer that was constantly asking for extensions to the closing date. She suggested inserting a kick-out clause into the current extension request, which we were subsequently able to leverage and get the buyer to close. It's that kind of experience and problem-solving which made that sale possible, and so I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking an experienced agent.
