Do not hire!!! My family and I recently purchased a house in Glendora. Ms. Elloise was the agent representing the seller. The few times we spoke with Ms. Elloise - she was pleasant however upon move in - the house was left in a horrible-disgusting condition! Ms. Elloise's client left the house with poop in the upstairs toilet, cat urine stained carpets in the master bedroom closets, punched holes in walls, and cat/dog hair all over the floor/carpet and walls. My family and the cleaning crew spent days cleaning, painting and repairing basic items so that we could move into a clean house - and believe it or not, this is not the result of the low rating. The low rating is due to Ms. Elloise's unprofessional behavior of yelling and rude comments when I called her about some missing closet doors. You see, when we purchased the house, the 2nd bedroom was missing the closet doors. The seller and the agent both agreed to replace the doors upon their move out. Well, it's been 10 days and no doors yet. Today, when I called to follow up regarding the handyman that she hired - Ms. Elloise was unbelievably rude and unprofessional - and told me that due to our lack of signing off on the walk-thru paperwork - she wasn't getting paid. Please note - the paper was signed on Monday, and today is Wednesday! And besides, I'm not a real estate agent - I have no idea what cause delays or not - I'm just calling about my closet doors but the whole time she kept yelling at me about her money being delayed - ONLY cared about her MONEY!!! Didn't even give me a chance to talk about the doors... Needless to say, we will definitely not recommend her anyone. Finally had to reach out to Mr. Daniel Boyer, the Broker who actually replied to my email promptly, and was very welcoming and apologized for our situation. I know it’s only closet doors, but with all things considering, they need to keep their commitment. As new residents to the City of Glendora - not feeling very welcomed - especially by this agent!!! Do not hire her!!!
