We met Eric by chance on a house we were originally interested in. After that house didnt work out, Eric went to work for us. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to look at a house. Very grateful for the experience we had with Eric and will absolutely recommend him to anyone we know that is in the process of selling or buying a home.

I was introduced to Eric Mora through a coworker. I originally worked with Eric through a couple of house showings. Eric has been in the real estate game for a long time and is pretty much knowledgeable in mostly every aspect in real estate investing. He then offered to have me work with his other colleague, Kevin. Kevin is great as well, he responds to texts almost immediately, and if he doesn't he is sure to give you a call. Kevin met with us through different times of the day to show us different houses, which was very convenient because my wife and I work different schedules. Although Kevin is fairly new to the Real Estate business, he strives and works hard to show you different homes and getting all the information needed for you to make a decision. Once you find a home they will be there every step of the way through Escrow and even after you close.
