Erik Rhee

Erik is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City. He also graduated from the University of Denver School of Law and practiced as in-house counsel for several years. Erik obtained his real estate license while he was in law school, and shortly afterwards, he and his wife Ann, formed Strata Real Estate. As the owner/managing broker of Strata Real Estate, Erik has come to appreciate the challenges of running a small business. Erik has always prided himself on providing excellent customer service, and representing his listings with the utmost zeal and commitment. On the other side, Erik truly enjoys the opportunity to work with buyers, and his negotiation skills from his lawyer days combined with his knowledge of the market provide his clients with a high level of professionalism. Erik is married and has two children. The family lives in the Blackstone Country Club neighborhood. He enjoys playing golf and is also the Club Director (and Head Coach of several teams) of the 303 Volleyball Club.
