Absolutely, without a doubt, hands down the best realtor! I had already tried to sell my house with another realtor that wasn't much compared to Fernando's level of expertise. It got lost on the market for 6 months, with one sad offer that didn't even match asking price. From day one, Fernando was engaged, active, and assertive in making sure my house was ready for the market. He came in and made recommendations for touch ups and gave us staging advice. We needed a couple things touched up so he connected us with an excellent contractor to do the work. After everything was complete, the work cost significantly less than I expected. Fernando is a big fan of using professional photography to showcase a property. He hired his most trusted photographer to take photos. We ended up with an amazing virtual tour of me home. The previous realtor took a handful of photos on her personal digital camera. My house was on the market for 4 days, with 21 showings, all thanks to Fernando's wise advice and cutting edge approach to real estate. Our first offer actually came in well above asking price. Of course the transaction was smooth, I knew I was in good hands. I cannot recommend Fernando enough. Fernando is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. I spoke to a couple agents from the san fernando valley he was honest and allowed me to make a choice not based on insistence but facts and testimonials. I will absolutely refer him to anyone selling or buying a home. I was always notified when every offer came in and after we opened escrow I was always notified about every inspection, counter, request, etc. I was so impressed by the way he marketed my home, we had people coming in as soon as he started advertising it.
