Rich and Grace's services was the best experience I have had with realtors. I was moving from out of town and Grace spend all the necessary time with me to find the right house for me. We worked with Rich. Our house had been on the market with another agent who lost three contracts. We had already moved to Florida and were desperate to sell our house. Rich sold it in less than eight weeks. We lost the first contract, but Rich had another in less than a week and it closed in a timely manner at the price we expected. He recommended a roofer who gave us a great price. He also helped my husband with several repairs and then even installed a new window himself when we could not be in town. I highly recommend him!
