After loosing our dad during the height of COVID travel restrictions, our family was wrought with the thought of selling the family home of three generations while we lived thousands of miles away. Greg sold our house for more than I expected in a short time and made all the e-paperwork easy to complete remotely. I find Greg to be a true professional who is respectful, prepared, motivated and honest plus I love how he supports his community and Veterans. He really worked hard and went above and beyond for us. I purchased my first house earlier this month and used Greg as my real estate agent by referral of a good friend of mine. My home buying experience was one for the books to put it lightly. After what seemed to be never ending negotiations with my seller Greg was able to hold them to the originally agreed upon deal even after they tried multiple avenues to not perform the required repairs on the house. Greg Clark is everything you want in Realtor. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. He has colleagues that do everything from pre purchase inspections to home owner warranty work. I TRUSTED him from the moment I met him. I spent years in occasionally going through the web sites looking for that special house before meeting Greg. Each time I found one that came close to filling our list of requirements I'd do research on house construction during the year it was built, so I learned a lot about houses, but I didn't know anything about the process of buying one.We met Greg when we inquired about an older house and he came to let us look at it. Of course it wasn't acceptable, but after that he started sending listings almost daily. Had I been him, I would have probably given up on us because just as with my search, none of the numerous houses that he found for us was acceptable for various reasons. He never gave up though, and finally one came on the market that was near exactly what we wanted.I didn't realize how important Greg was to us until the dealing started. All we had to do was follow his suggestions, and I'm totally convinced that nobody could have done a better job in protecting us than he did. I know now that finding the right house is only the first stage in buying one and that it's absolutely necessary to have a trusted agent on your side for the legal part. I also know now that having Greg on our side was a major blessing.
