We initially met Harold at one of his open houses. And although we didnt pursue that house, we kept in touch and told him exactly what we're looking for since he has so much expertise in the Sunridge area. Harold took over an hour of his time explaining and answering the millions of questions we had about purchasing a home. Even after a month or so passed after our first meeting, Harold would still keep in touch just to touch base and keep us up to date on the current housing market. During this time, we never felt pressured or forced to pursue any homes he currently had listed. Weve come to believe that Harold just completely loves and enjoys his job.One day, we received a text from Harold about one of his upcoming listings. To our surprise, after seeing it, we really liked the house! We worked with Harold to get an offer in and it got accepted. One day driving into our neighborhood I noticed US Flags at everyones driveway. Little did I know this was Harold Frinks calling card.
