I am a first home buyer. Before I found Hassan, I talked to other agents and they told me that it's very difficult for me to buy a house or even a condo in Peninsula area as my income wasn't high enough plus the big competition.I was depressed at the time and decided to apply the BMR housing program in San Mateo county. The bad thing is that the waiting list was super long and you wouldn't know when you would have a chance. Also you are difficult to gain equity for those houses because the program is for low or median income families.Later, I heard one of my friend mentioned about Hassan. I was hesitated if he could help but it was worth to try as I had nothing lost. Then I called Hassan and scheduled an appointment to meet him.I am a person who can't trusted someone easily. However, after I met Hassan, his honesty and comprehensive knowledge convinced me to continue my dream.He told me that "Everyone can find a house if they want one...." You will be surprised what kind of person he is. Never rush you to buy a house. He treats his client in same manner no matter they are looking for over million or less than half million houses. He always remind you how to maintain a good credit records and save money before you buy a house. Even thought I know him only for three months, he already becomes my friend and consultant for a lot of things. I believe that a lot of clients agree that Hassan succeeds because of his good reputation in the housing market.
