Jalayne was our agent and helped us with the recent purchase of our first home. She is a wonderful, hands-on realtor whom I trusted and felt she always had our best interests in mind. She was knowledgable about the market and was available whenever we needed her, working around our schedule- not easy with a baby! When it came down to the negotiations, she made everything clear to us and was honest when she thought anything could be a problem. She has many contacts for mortgage lenders and contractors both of which we needed. I highly recommend her whether you are a new home buyer or season veteran.

We just closed on a home in Los Gatos and Jalayne was our agent. Jalayne did a fabulous job in understanding our needs and tailoring a search accordingly. She has great knowledge of the Los Gatos area. Her professionalism, dedication, and hard work are great attributes....particularly in a tight market as with the LG geography. My wife and I decided to start searching for a new home when we learned that we were going to have a baby! Neither one of us had owned a home before and so we were inexperienced. After getting a grasp of our budget, next we needed a good realtor who could guide us through the entire process from start to finish. A colleague of mine recommended Jalayne Forrester and so we contacted her.Jalayne far exceeded our expectations as a realtor and eventually became a great friend. I can recall Jalayne offering to meet us near our home to chat about our requirements. Jalayne quickly understood what we were looking for and translated this information into some automated search results. She sacrificed her time to match our schedule on weekday nights and weekends to look for homes together. Sometimes she even offered to pick us up from our office when we did not have a vehicle available. After three months and three separate offers, we finally entered into contract on a new home. However, our newborn baby had plans to come at this same time. Jalayne took on so much more work when my wife went into labor. She handled the negotiations with the seller's agent perfectly and stayed at the home on our behalf during the five hour inspection. During the closing process, her wealth of knowledge shined and her guidance eliminated much of the typical closing headaches. She even gave recommendations for other key partners including a general contractor, lenders, insurance agents, etc.Jalayne is a wonderful realtor but more importantly a wonderful person. I'm happy to recommend her services to anyone in the area looking for a new home. We would not be in our new home without her help.

Excellent realtor, we worked with Jalayne during 2016-17 to purchase a home in South San Jose. This was our first home purchase and we were using a VA loan for funding, which provides plenty of its own challenges. We originally cast a wide net from East and South Bay along with the Peninsula and she was quite knowledgeable on the history of the areas along with common issues to the different construction methods throughout different periods. While dealing with first time buyers her experience and familiarity was able to help us through the quite stressful ordeal that home buying is. During our house hunting days, Jalayne went out of her way to help us - she would drive to open houses within short notices and give us honest feedback at every stage. She was never in a hurry to get the transaction completed, and in fact, gave us very critical & honest feedback on every house we liked.
