I contracted with Janell to sell my townhouse in Alpharetta. She evaluated the property and predicted a 155,000 sale price in about 45 days. This was a difficult sale because it was a planned community with nearly identical units, and my unit had not been upgraded with hardwood floors unlike most units; moreover, the fireplace was nonfunctional and would require $2500 to repair. Despite these difficulties, the property went under contract for 154,000 in 50 days. I am exceedingly pleased with her performance, and I am planning to use her again to sell another house. She kept me informed every step of the way, and I never felt that she was passively selling this property as she held at least two maybe three open houses during the 50 days. I was updated weekly with number of showings and future planned marketing efforts.

Janell is AMAZING. She takes the time to walk you through the process and really goes to bat for you. She assisted us with renting a townhome and then also helped us buy our first home. She really takes care of her clients and makes them feel like family. We appreciate how she fights for her clients to be sure they are getting the best deal and what they've requested.
